LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS 5/1/19

• Deputies responded to:
o Vehicle Burglary/Battery – Publix Plaza/13467 County Line Road/Spring Hill – The victim (female) encountered her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend in Publix. The ex and new girlfriend followed victim out of store and proceeded to batter her, continuing even after she got into her vehicle – Arrest x2/Male & Female.
o Commercial Burglary – Anderson Snow Sports Complex – Concession Stand – Active investigation.
o Domestic Battery/Aggravated Assault – Family Dollar (parking lot)/11155 County Line Road/Spring Hill – Male battering his ex-wife inside a vehicle – Bystander intervened in an effort to assist the victim who was being badly beaten – Suspect produced a firearm and threatened the bystander – Active investigation.
o Structure Fire – 6444 Barclay Avenue/Brooksville – Please see media release from Hernando County Fire Rescue.

• Schools:
o Nature Coast Technical High – Battery.
o Moton Elementary – Battery.
o West Hernando Middle – Battery.
o Fox Chapel Middle – Baker Act.

• Miscellaneous:
o All ROAR Camps are full at this time.
o Six drug arrests in last 24 hours
