A 27-year-old male from Spring Hill driving a motorcycle was traveling westbound on Spring Hill Drive east of Linden Drive at a high rate of speed and weaving in and out of traffic. A 27-year-old male from Spring Hill driving an SUV was traveling eastbound on Spring Hill Drive and was stopped in the center turn lane waiting to turn left into the parking lot of Domino’s Pizza. The SUV turned left into the path of the motorcycle and as a result, the motorcycle collided with the passenger side of the vehicle. Both vehicles rotated to final rest at the parking lot entrance and roadway shoulder. Transported to an area hospital, the motorcyclist later expired from injuries suffered during the crash.
