On June 14, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) did not discuss, but approved a $397,268 national grant that will allow for expansion and enhancement of treatment services for many of the county’s problem-solving courts, such as Drug Court, and Veterans Treatment Court.

On December 18, 2018, the Board approved the application to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for the amount of up to $400,000 per year in SAMHSA Program funding for up to 5 years. There is no match requirement.
