Easy Pulled Pork
3lbs Boneless pork shoulder (skin / fat removed)
½ cup Chicken Broth
2 cups (choice of BBQ sauce)
2 Tablespoons mustard
3 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Trim your pork of skin and fat.
Put onions and some broth in bottom of cooker, place your pork in and pour remainder of broth over pork.
Cover and cook until tender est, 8 hours. Cook on LOW. Once cooked remove pork, let cool. Shred meat removing all fat and gristle if any. Take off excess fat from your broth in cooker. Put pulled pork back into cooker and mix in your choice of barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for est 1 hour on low.
Note: could serve on buns, with baked beans and veggies.
